📣 Clinic Relocation & Accessibility Update 

Dear Care Free Patients,

Thank you for your continued patience as we work with our landlord to resolve ongoing accessibility issues at our clinic.

Unfortunately, the elevator remains out of service, and at this time, the landlord has not provided a start date for installing a new one.

🚚Clinic Relocation the 2nd Floor – September 15–16

To make our clinic more accessible, we will be relocating from the 5th floor to the 2nd floor on September 15–16. This move is intended to make it easier for patients to reach us during the elevator outage.

For patients who are unable to take the stairs, we will also have one room available on the 1st floor for in-person visits.

❄️ Portable A/C Units Installed

The landlord has installed 15 portable air conditioning units on the 2nd floor to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both patients and staff.

📌 A Note About the Future

While this arrangement is not ideal as a long-term solution, we believe it is a significant improvement over the current situation. We want to assure you that when our lease ends, we will not sign another lease in this building or in any other multi-story facility that does not have a functioning elevator.
