Many people in our community do not have access to affordable health care. Some people lack jobs, insurance, or the ability to pay for care. Some people are working, but do not have health insurance. Some people have to make a choice between basic necessities, like food and shelter, or health care. As a consequence, many people fail to seek treatment until the disease has progressed to advanced stages. This is where you can help.
Your donations assist us with providing this care. As a donor, you have the satisfaction of knowing you have improved or even saved someone’s life while supporting a solution to our local health care access problem.

We offer many ways for you to participate in fulfilling our mission. You can make a monetary donation, a donation of equipment, materials or supplies, or donate your talents and time.
How Can I Donate?
Our clinic is able to operate due to the generosity of private donations, corporate giving and grants to support our services. The donations for the operations of the clinic are overseen by the Board of Directors.

Planned Giving (Wills, Trusts, Insurance, Appreciated Stock)
Care Free Medical can be designated as a beneficiary in your Will &/or Trust documents. It is possible to add us as a beneficiary to your current insurance policy or purchase a policy specific for Care Free Medical & Dental Clinic.
We can also accept donations of appreciated stock and other investments. Please contact us for specific information regarding these options.
Donation of Materials, Equipment, or Supplies
We accept new or like-new medical and dental materials, equipment and supplies, as needed. We also accept donations of office equipment and supplies.
Please call us before making these donations as we need to make appropriate arrangements. Regular and In–Kind Gift donations are often eligible for tax deductions because we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Please consult your tax advisor for specifics.
There are tangible tax benefits of donating. Care Free is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and your donation is tax-deductible as allowed through current tax legislation. We also have a charitable solicitation license and a charitable trust which may help you with your future tax planning. Please consult your tax adviser for details.
