Donations

Funding is dependent upon donations and grants from individuals and charitable foundations and income derived from the Ingham Health Plan and various Medicaid plans.

Care Free Medical Inc. is a not for profit corporation. We have 501 (c) 3 status. This will assure those who provide us with donated funds that their contributions will be tax deductible.

Ways you can help—

Donating your time - If you would like to donate time or any specific skills to Care Free Medical please complete a volunteer form and/or call our Mason office.

Donating a monetary gift - As much as it is possible, all of the services we provide at Care Free are free of charge to our patients. Therefore we rely on the community for grants and donations to keep our doors open. If you would like to donate a financial gift, please make your check payable to Care Free Medical and send it to:
