Care Free Medical offers a model of care that integrates behavioral health and primary care. This integrated model allows us to better serve those who need it most.

We provide high quality, compassionate care for the most underserved adults and children in our community, including patients with Medicaid, Medicare, Ingham Health Plan, and patients without any insurance.

The goal for every patient is long-term wellness, which includes patient responsibility in their own care. Our medical providers work hand-in-hand with each patient to create a wellness plan that fits the patient's abilities and goals. In some situations, their wellness plan includes referral to behavioral health specialists, optometry, dental, and various medical specialties to provide comprehensive care.
